Psalm 40:10-12

New International Version

¹⁰ I do not hide your righteousness in my heart;
    I speak of your faithfulness^(A) and your saving help.
I do not conceal your love and your faithfulness
    from the great assembly.^(B)

¹¹ Do not withhold your mercy^(C) from me, Lord;
    may your love^(D) and faithfulness^(E) always protect^(F) me.
¹² For troubles^(G) without number surround me;
    my sins have overtaken me, and I cannot see.^(H)
They are more than the hairs of my head,^(I)
    and my heart fails^(J) within me.
